5/4×6 Yellow Cedar Sound & Tight Knot Decking

Our 5/4×6 sound and tight knots Yellow Cedar decking is made from small gang logs sourced from the Great Bear Rainforest. The smaller logs help produce smaller, tighter, and more intergrown knots than larger logs. Yellow cedar has many desirable characteristics for exterior applications such as high stability, durability, and rot resistance. The natural rot resistance is often specified for environmentally sensitive purposes where chemically treated materials are unsuitable. The finished product is kiln dried to avoid warping before installation. Finally, the moulder finished eased edges ensure minimal variation is present, and create an enjoyable walking surface.
